Let’s eat fish to prevent diabetes!

Cancer Center released that men who eat a lot of fish have 30% smaller risk of diabetes than men who don’t eat fish very much.


The oily fish such as horse mackerel, sardine, or saury makes the risk of diabetes smaller.


This is the result of tracking 50,000 men and women for 5 years.


However, it is very interesting that this result doesn’t apply to women.


The pathogenic mechanism of diabetes could be different between men and women.
